Military History Museum

Located on a gorgeous spot in the Castle District, at the North gate of the District, this museum has everything from weapons and uniforms to coins and flags from the history of Hungary’s numerous wars. Although it may be interesting to some (older) children and their fathers, the best part of the museum is probably found outside: old cannons to climb and play on, on the pleasant square and street next to the Museum.
